In depth: Windows Reseller Hosting
The same reseller model, on the Windows stack
Windows reseller hosting works the same way as its Linux equivalent — one master account, individually isolated hosting accounts for each of your clients — but on a Windows server environment. That distinction only matters if one or more of your clients' sites is genuinely built on .NET or needs MSSQL, which is uncommon but real enough that it's worth offering rather than forcing every client onto a Linux stack that doesn't fit their site.
If your client roster is a mix — some sites needing Windows, most not — talk to us before committing to one reseller account type. Splitting client sites across the right environment for each one often makes more sense than forcing everything onto a single stack.
