Terms & Conditions

1. Website design and development work begins after the client approves a quotation or demo design sample.
2. For small website projects, we do not provide optional website templates.
3. Once a design is approved and project work has started, the design will not be modified, and amounts already received are non-refundable.
4. It is the client's responsibility to cooperate with our team and help complete the project on time.
5. Any doubts, modifications, or queries are the client's responsibility to raise before final launch of the website.
6. For domain and hosting renewals, the client receives a reminder email before the renewal date.
7. WebHostPune is not responsible for a domain expiring due to miscommunication or any other reason outside our direct control.
8. Projects require 50% advance payment before work begins, with the remaining 50% due at final delivery.
9. If a project is not completed for any reason, amounts paid are not refunded.
10. Once a project is delivered, WebHostPune is not responsible for data loss — clients are advised to keep regular backups of their own project data.
