Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients by phone, email, and social media (leads and self-sourced)
• Explain WebHostPune's website design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services in simple terms
• Follow up consistently with interested leads until they convert
• Maintain a daily/weekly report of calls, leads, and deals in a shared sheet
• Coordinate with the design/development team once a client signs on

Requirements

• Any graduate (freshers welcome — no prior sales experience required)
• Good spoken and written English or Hindi; Marathi is a plus
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up without hand-holding
• Basic computer skills — email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business
• Self-motivated: this is a remote, commission-based role, so consistent daily effort matters more than hours logged

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads for website design, hosting, and SEO/digital marketing services
• Run client discovery calls to understand what a business actually needs before pitching
• Prepare and send proposals/quotes in coordination with the delivery team
• Negotiate and close deals independently, within standard company terms
• Build repeat/referral business from existing clients

Requirements

• 1-3 years in sales — digital marketing, web/IT services, or SaaS background strongly preferred
• Proven ability to independently manage a lead pipeline end-to-end
• Confident on client calls — discovery, objection-handling, and closing
• Basic understanding of what a website/SEO project actually involves (training provided on specifics)
• Track record of hitting or exceeding a monthly target in a previous sales role

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for high-value website, e-commerce, and digital marketing projects
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, referral partners, and repeat enterprise clients
• Mentor and support fresher/junior sales team members on calls, pitches, and pipeline discipline
• Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue against target
• Work directly with the founder on pricing strategy for larger/custom deals

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, with at least 1+ years specifically in web design, IT services, or digital marketing sales
• Demonstrated experience closing larger/enterprise-scale deals, not only small transactional sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable presenting to business owners and decision-makers
• Some experience mentoring or informally guiding junior sales staff
• Self-driven — this is a remote, commission-linked leadership role with real autonomy
